Both cute and verstile, this piece can be worn as a choker or short necklace.  It has one charm at each of the ends, of of them a small solid star and the other an outline.  The beads used are silk stone, howlite, and white jade.  The stars are only 3/8".
 
The use of steel memory wire enables the diverse neck size that can wear this piece of jewelry.  Memory wire retains it's shape depsite being stretched around one's neck.
